OVERVIEW
The Goodyear Assurance All-Season is a touring, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Goodyear offers a 65,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.
The tire provides first-rate all weather traction as the multiple biting edges is the symmetric tread design to improve the dry, wet and even winter weather traction. The tread design’s wide circumferential grooves prevent dangerous hydroplaning by eliminating water from below the tire footprint. This improves the wet weather traction and offers excellent year round safety.
The model is easily controlled in all weather. The stable shoulder tread block design improves the driving stability and steering responsiveness by maintaining constant road contact. The road contact of the shoulder tread blocks stabilize the tire against the external driving forces. As a result, the tire does not deform under the driving pressure and makes the drive safer. The steering responsiveness and accuracy are also enhanced by maintained road contact. The tire is swift and precise in its response to the driver’s instructions, which makes its handling effortless.
The Assurance All-Season offers a comfortable and quiet driving experience. The optimized variable pitch tread design reduces the road and pattern noise generated when the tires are in motion by creating a frequency that cancels them out. The internal polyester cord body and the twin steel belt reinforcements follow the road surface closely and lower the road vibrations felt in the cabin of the vehicle. The combination of the two make the drive more enjoyable.
